Refunds — AskGloria

Nothing is sold in AskGloria today, so there's nothing to refund. Here's how it will work, and what to do about costs you have now.

1. Today

AskGloria is in testing. Your first session is free. After that, it runs on your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills you directly — questions about those charges go to Anthropic, under its terms.

2. When we start selling

Purchases will be made through the App Store, and Apple handles refunds for them. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We'll update this page before anything goes on sale.

3. Subscriptions

If we offer subscriptions, you'll manage and cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
