Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and StreamIO AI ("we") for using AskGloria. By using it, you accept them.
1. The service
AskGloria is an assistant on your iPhone. It answers requests by using tools — the web, and the apps and data on your phone you allow — and it prepares actions for you to approve. It is in testing, and features may change or stop working.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. You approve, and you decide
- Anything that sends, saves or changes something — a message, an event, an album, an expense — waits for your approval. Once you approve it, it's your action.
- Gloria never books, buys or pays. She brings you to the page to finish yourself.
- Check before you rely on an answer. Gloria can be wrong: answers come from an AI and from websites she reads, and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Gloria is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. Don't use her for decisions that need one. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Costs you may have
Nothing is sold in the app today. During testing, after your first session AskGloria uses your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills you directly under its terms. The same applies to any other key you add. You're responsible for those charges.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use AskGloria to break the law, harm or harass anyone, violate others' privacy or rights, get around a website's protections, or attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Follow Anthropic's usage policies, which apply to what you ask. We may suspend accounts that don't.
6. Your content
What you share and what Gloria makes for you is yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run AskGloria, as our Privacy Policy describes.
7. Other services
AskGloria connects to services we don't control — websites, Google, Anthropic and others. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for them.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time, and delete your account and data from Profile. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering AskGloria.
9. Disclaimer
AskGloria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for actions you approved, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and US$50.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, and nothing in them limits rights you have under the law where you live.
